Cash flow sweep is feeding the revolver which is feeding interest which is feeding the sweep and now Excel is just screaming at me in iterative-calc red. Balance sheet is off by exactly the goodwill plug. Someone talk me off the ledge before I rebuild the whole thing from a blank tab.
Off by exactly goodwill = you're double-counting the equity contribution or the writeup. Check your sources & uses against the BS bridge.
